IN STUDIO: All Levels Flow

Service Description

All Levels flow is a class that focuses on a set of asanas with emphasis on correct alignment. In our physical bodies we develop strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance effort and surrender in each pose. This class will bring attention to our breath, which helps us to still the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. Suitable for all levels.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded. For our Nourish Retreat, cancellation and refund policies are below: Cancellation and Refund policy: Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023 Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023 No refunds after September 01, 2023 All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee
