Service Description

A perfect way to unwind, quiet your mind and nourish your body. We'll connect movement to breath and move energy throughout the body to help you feel calm and relaxed, yet energized. This class will challenge your balance and exterior senses...welcome to all levels, expect a challenging class from multiple aspects. Available to all levels and to those who wish to deepen and strengthen their practice. This class may have optional chaturangas, remember these are never required!

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded. For our Nourish Retreat, cancellation and refund policies are below: Cancellation and Refund policy: Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023 Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023 No refunds after September 01, 2023 All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee
