Service Description
Surrounded by tranquil LED candlelights, this class will help you explore gentle hatha postures, calming breath-work techniques and short guided meditations all while giving your body a great stretch and connecting you to your natural flow. Each class will end with a yummy restorative/yin posture. A perfect sequence to help you wind down and enter into the rest of your evening with ease.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded. For our Nourish Retreat, cancellation and refund policies are below: Cancellation and Refund policy: Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023 Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023 No refunds after September 01, 2023 All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee
