IN-STUDIO: Hot & Flow

Service Description

This class combines static postures from the traditional hot series with dynamic movement and flow. Find moments of quiet contemplation and concentration along with breath to movement flow that will increase heart rate and get the body warm. Room is heated between 95 and 98 degrees! Come well hydrated, bring water and a towel and be ready to sweat!

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded. For our Nourish Retreat, cancellation and refund policies are below: Cancellation and Refund policy: Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023 Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023 No refunds after September 01, 2023 All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee
