IN STUDIO: Monthly Restorative Level 1

Service Description

Come bliss out with some restorative yoga! Prop supported practice. Poses held for 5-7 minutes. Designed to calm dow the mind, nervous system and has minimal movement. Most of the practice is on the floor and connected to counted breath. Leveraging a lot of prop support, this class will leave you feeling calm and relaxed for the rest of your day. We have all the props you need at the studio, but feel free to bring your own bolster, blankets, blocks, etc. if you'd like. Level 1 classes are good for beginners and all levels.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
