Vinyasa flow moves your body through dynamic poses in a themed and structured way. This class builds body heat as you flow, increasing your heart rate and deepening your connection to breath. We start the class with mindful connection to your breath, intention and theme for the class. This carries you throughout your practice. This class is great for all levels of yogis...and great to work stored up energy out of your body. Vinyasa is a type of yoga practice that connects movement to breath. In Hatha Yoga we spend more time in aligning the body in the various poses, in Vinyasa we still use alignment but move more. Vinyasa is a yoga style in which movements form a flowing sequence with breath. In this class we will flow through warrior poses, sun salutations, and more. We will clear out what doesn't support our best life, connect with our intentions, and feel a renewed sense of energy and self.
