Use Womens$10 through Jan 21 for an early bird discount! The New Year is a time when many of us look to reboot our physical health, make “resolutions”, and address concerns around weight loss, fitness, and nutrition. What if this year you started with creating the foundation for a better relationship with your body-mind health regardless of other goals you may wish to set? What if your lifestyle could be your personal “medicine”? This series is designed to empower women to take charge of their own health and healing. Lifestyle as Medicine is a critical foundation for maintaining or improving health, complementing any existing medical treatment, and assisting in preventing and even reversing chronic illness. Women have specific needs, cycles, and unique physiology that deserves focused care. This series is open to women of all ages, stages, and health and wellness needs. These workshops will be offered in a “mini retreat” style so you can immerse yourself in an afternoon of relaxation, reflection, learning and self-care. #1 Nourish Yourself- Nutrition and Botanical Medicine for Women’s Health (Saturday, January 22nd) Nutrition and our relationship with food is often a source of confusion and frustration for many-especially with all the conflicting information and misinformation out there!
