Join us for our prenatal workshop where Mamas will connect, flow, and grow our village! Every Mama will receive: Information on the benefits of yoga for pregnancy, childbirth and beyond! Education on the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that come motherhood Meaningful discussion on the process of becoming a mom and how to conquer any associated fears and challenges Helpful poses and suggestions for laboring Labor and Birth affirmation cards 2 essential oil rollers for pregnancy and labor Mama-specific resource guide Feedback: I loved the safety of the space and meeting other moms in the community! The gentle movement was accessible and felt good There was so much love and thought put into the workshop and it was a great experience for me! I loved the pacing of the workshop and the way Mara supported us in dropping into a sacred space. I just loved the class & Mara and will totally be coming back! I really enjoyed the mix of education with movement! The meditation was extremely relaxing and enjoyable, and being around / hearing from other strong mamas meant a lot to me! The information provided was amazing! I really enjoyed our time moving, connecting with other moms, and learning new prenatal poses. I am looking forward to future prenatal classes! Bio: Mara is extremely passionate about nurturing and supporting moms through pregnancy and beyond. After an extremely hard pregnancy and an absolutely incredible labor & birth experience, Mara knew that empowering women to have the pregnancy, birth, and motherhood of their dreams is exactly what she is made for. She holds a Masters in Public Health with a focus in Health Education, a dense knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, over 10 years of health coaching experience, a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification, and an 85-hr Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Certification. Most importantly- she holds space for all Mamas.
