If you want to de-stress from a hectic week, un-kink those knotted muscles, stretch and strengthen your body for better posture and alignment, this is the class for you. In Gentle Yoga we will develop core support and dynamic alignment moving from seated poses to standing asanas at a gentle pace. Using breath to connect one movement to the next we will practice asanas that restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit. Recommended for students new to yoga and experienced yoga students who want to deepen their practice.
