I AM Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation process will help you release tension, connect to your breath and be more grounded and calm. Yoga Nidra is "yogic sleep". Connecting to the parasympathetic nervous system, we allow the mind to quiet and focus on the breath to help drop brain waves down to dream like states. 30-45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of REM sleep. You are conscious throughout the entire process.
This lineage of I AM Integrative Yoga Nidra is powerful because we allow you to drop into the quiet of meditation. Connecting you to your source, the soul that lives within you, this practice truly will transform the way you look at life, behave in situations and react to others.
We lie down for this practice, so make sure you have a blanket to cover up with, a thin pillow or blanket for underneath your head and a pillow or bolster for under your knees, if you'd like. If joining us online, take your experience even deeper by plugging in your headphones and just listen.
