Each class will always include asana (poses), pranayama (breath work), and meditation. This class will have a shorter asana practice with emphasis on opening hips and upper body. You will be introduced to various types of pranayama and meditation. The asana practice will be similar each week. Suitable for all levels. The first Wednesday of the month will include a Yoga Nidra.
