ONLINE ONLY CLASS: This therapeutic approach to yoga meets you where you are in your health journey. Using the yoga traditions, philosophy, breathing techniques, asanas, energy work, and self-regulation techniques for the nervous system in order to connect you to your own innate ability of healing. Enjoy, experience, and create your own special comprehensive toolbox ; whether it be for mental health, neurological issues, support for illness, chronic pain, or overall well being. Open for all levels from beginner to experienced yoga practitioners

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded. For our Nourish Retreat, cancellation and refund policies are below: Cancellation and Refund policy: Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023 Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023 No refunds after September 01, 2023 All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee
