What is “A Sound Journey” and who is Tri Resonance? A Sound Journey is another name for a sound bath with the intention of taking you on a journey into a deeper and meditative level of consciousness. You will enjoy a deeply relaxing meditative experience where you will listen to and absorb resonant sounds thus raising your vibration and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Phyllis will be sharing with us her singing bowls, a 32” flower of life gong and other sound healing instruments. Who is Tri Resonance? Phyllis Harvey is a long time Douglas County resident who is a Sound and Energy practitioner. She offers several alternative healing modalities at her Lone Tree studio. Empowered wellness is a value she holds dear to her heart and she is excited to be a part of our community.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded. For our Nourish Retreat, cancellation and refund policies are below: Cancellation and Refund policy: Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023 Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023 No refunds after September 01, 2023 All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee
