This course is for those looking to deepen their understanding of Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
Service Description
If you are a registered yoga teacher, this will count for 16 continuing education credits through Yoga Alliance. If you are a practionar, this will deepen your understanding of restorative yoga, brain science, the koshas (energy bodies) and Yoga Nidra.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
