Nourish Retreat 2024

This retreat will run Saturday to Saturday, September 22-29, 2024. Your week includes 2 yoga classes per day, 3 organic, locally sourced produce (vegetarian options) meals, and accommodations.

We have a lot of room options, so pick the one that works best for you! Many of our room options have a shared option per person, it's a great time to bring a friend!  Please select the shared option as this will include accommodation, yoga, meditation, food and VAT for the second person as well.

Alaya Retreat Center is just 45 minutes outside of Barcelona and used to be a wine farm. They have everything for true relaxation on property. If you'd like to rent a car to explore during the day please feel free to do so!

Your host is Brooke Page-Thompson & Hannah White...and we're so excited to host the 8th Nourish retreat...the first one in Europe!

Not included in the cost is airfare, transportation to and from Barcelona or incidentals.

Refund policy: 

A non-refundable deposit is due at booking of $300 USD. We can support additional pricing plan options should you like to pay in installments. 

 

100% refund up until April 10, 2024

50% refund up until June 30, 2024 (unless we can find a replacement booking)

0% refund after July 01, 2024

All refunds are subject to a $200 administration fee.

7:00-9am- Meditation & Yoga

9-10:00am- Breakfast

10:00-4:30pm- Free time 

4:30-6:45pm- Workshop, Restorative or Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

7-10pm- Dinner/free time
