Inspired by Hatha Yoga, flow is a movement of postures, usually held 3-5 breaths and alignment focused. This class incorporates the basic yoga postures in a sequenced flow, and guides the student into more advanced poses. This class builds strength, balance and flexibility through Sun A variations, standing, sitting and balancing poses. Classes with core added include more core strengthening throughout the practice rather than just a component of practice. Level 2 classes are good for more advanced yogis looking to challenge their body and mind. These classes include harder peak poses and have less cueing and prop support. Peak poses might include: arm balances, wheel, forearm wheel, hand stand, head stands and funky transitions. Level 3 is for advanced yogis. These classes will incorporate a lot of strength building, core work, challenging poses and transitions. This class will have limited cueing and minimal prop usage (unless you prefer to use props). Peak poses will include dynamic back bends, challenging arm balances and standing balance poses.
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
