Service Description

A 60-75 minute traditional hot yoga class with 26 +2 postures specifically designed to detoxify, release stress, and strengthen your body and mind. Yoga is practiced in a room heated above 95 degrees. This practice is an all-level practice. Beginners through advanced are welcome. Please Bring a towel and a water bottle!

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
