IN-STUDIO: Restore & Heal w/Reiki L1

Service Description

This restorative class will calm the nervous system and invite rest. This class will incorporate reiki and/or sound bowls at the end of class. Prop supported practice. Poses held for 5-7 minutes. Designed to calm dow the mind, nervous system and has minimal movement. Most of the practice is on the floor and connected to counted breath. Level 1 classes are good for beginners and all levels. Level one includes a lot of cues and more use of props for support. Classes with Heal added might include guided meditation, reiki or sound healing as part of savasana.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
