Service Description
This class is good for all levels! Wether you are a new yogi looking to start your practice or an experienced yogi looking to slow down and come back to the basics, this class is for you. A flow will focus on alignment, breath and how to experience each pose in your body. Online only.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
