Service Description
An eclectic 60-minute practice that helps you work from your deep "center"- physically and mentally. The postures and mind-body practices are designed to assist you to release stress, detoxify your body, build rock-solid strength, and help better regulate your nervous system on and off the mat! This is a class for all levels, but will have more challenging peak poses and core work. challenge yourself wherever you are AND leave you feeling restored and relaxed when you walk out the door. Please bring a small towel and water bottle! Inspired by traditional Vinayasa Yoga, this class is a dynamic set of poses set to breath and movement. Designed to build heat quickly and challenge the body. Chaturangas are optional and only advised if you are an experienced practionnar. Level 2 classes are good for more advanced yogis looking to challenge their body and mind. These classes include harder peak poses and have less cueing and prop support. Peak poses might include: arm balances, wheel, forearm wheel, hand stand, head stands and funky transitions. Classes with core added include more core strengthening throughout the practice rather than just a component of practice.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
