Aren’t sure what Yoga Nidra is? No worries! It is a guided meditation. Why is it different with Tri Resonance? Phyllis (Filly) incorporates a gentle sound bath along with the meditation so you benefit from both modalities. She will guide participants to a mental state between sleep and consciousness to disconnect the mind from distractions. A one hour Yoga Nidra meditation experience has the equivalent to four hours of deep sleep and participants awaken to increased energy and personal insights into barriers preventing their inner peace and happiness. Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
