500 hr ERYT Yoga Teacher
YACEP certified

Since my yoga teaching journey began, I have completed over 50 hours of Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy training including yoga for Cancer patients and survivors and many other forms of trauma. I completed my 300 hour teacher training with Living Soul Institute and I am currently ERYT-200, RYT-500 & YACEP certified.  Next up is anatomy focused training, more advanced teacher training and a deep desire to complete training with the Prison Yoga Project in order to bring this incredible practice to those incarcerated individuals who are working to heal and pursue a healthy and fulfilling life.

I love that yoga really has no peak or plateau but that instead there is always more to learn and the potential for personal growth is infinite!  I love to practice and teach vinyasa (especially in a heated room!) and incorporate my love of music to create my own unique style in each class!  I also love to teach hot yoga, slow flow, restorative, gentle and chair yoga.  My goal is to keep my classes light-hearted, fun, inclusive and empowering for all who attend.
