We're offering a lot of options for Continuing Education for teachers that are looking to keep their Yoga Alliance hours current​
Coming again in Jan 2026, join Brooke for this introductory course on how to teach Yoga Nidra (a great pre-cursor to the I AM Yoga Nidra course in 2026), specifically the Bihar method, and an in-depth dive into Restorative Yoga. This program spans 2 weeks, on Saturdays and is good for 20 hours of CE credit with Yoga Alliance.
Join us September 2026 for this transformative program on the I AM method of Yoga Nidra. Over 2 weekends, come immerse with the Amrit Lineage holder, Kamini Desai. To be certified to teach, both weekends are required and will be worth 66 hours of CE credit.
