Nourish Retreat 2023

This retreat will run Saturday to Saturday, October 28-Nov 04, 2023. Your week includes 2 yoga classes per day, 3 organic meals, locally sourced produce (vegetarian options), and accommodations.

Prices are per person, if you are sharing a room or bringing a spouse please send us a note to cover the cost of taxes and food! If your spouse/partner would like to do yoga with us, please include that in your request.

Nosara is a highly sought after beach area, deep in the heart of the blue zone. Costa Ricans fully believe in living life to the fullest with the smallest global footprint, and this resort center has it all. A private pool, luxury beds and linens, 5 star showers, best of the best spa services along with nature and wildlife and just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach.

Take a surf lesson, learn spanish, ride horses, paddleboard, go on an eco-nature hike or take a tour into the heart of the rainforest (a full day tour). Be amazed with the family of howler monkeys that live on property (and make guest appearances throughout yoga practices)!

Your host is Brooke Page-Thompson...and we're so excited to host our 7th Nourish retreat...our second international retreat at Bodhi.

Not included in the cost is airfare, transportation to and from Liberia (about $40/each way), excursions, spa treatments equestrian yoga w/ Danny or incidentals.

Sample daily agenda

7:00-9am- Meditation & Yoga

9-10:30am- Breakfast

10:00-4:30pm- Free time (Lunch between 12-2:30pm)

4:30-5:30pm- Workshop, Moon Circle or Halloween party

5:30-6:45pm- Yin or Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

7-10pm- Dinner/free time

We are so excited to have Danny Chapparo join us and host an Equestrian Yoga Class! This 3 hour practice and ride is going to be a very special event. Price is not included in your registration (pricing will be included closer to retreat start).  Hannah White from Wildmoon Alchemy is coming as well and we'll be celebrating the Full Moon on the 28th of October and a special Halloween Party!

Optional excursion is a cooking class with Christina Tuesday or Wednesday (pricing options sent closer to retreat start).

You will fly in Liberia, Costa Rica. Bookings should be available on all major airlines by March, 2023. 

Should you need to cancel, you will receive refunds based on our refund policy, minus a $200 administration fee. 

Full refund (100%) prior to July 01, 2023.  Partial refund (50%) prior to August 20, 2023.  No refunds after September 01, 2023.
