Service Description
Trailhead meetup details sent the night before the hike after signup! This 15ish minute but beautiful hike up to an incredible view is the best start to the day. Flow & breathe in the fresh air! Lauren will lead a 20-25 minute vinyasa style all-levels flow at the top. Please arrive promptly so we can begin heading up at 6am and can arrive back by 7am.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
