Service Description
A yoga class dedicated to supporting mamas of all stages! Come as you are, we meet every other week! After an extremely hard pregnancy and an absolutely incredible labor & birth experience, Mara knew that empowering women to have the pregnancy, birth, and motherhood of their dreams is exactly what she is made for. She holds a Masters in Public Health with a focus in Health Education, a dense knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, over 10 years of health coaching experience, a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification, and an 85-hr Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga Teacher Certification. Most importantly- she holds space for all Mamas.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
