Restorative & Yoga Nidra CE

Service Description

If you are looking to deepen your practice individually or as a yoga teacher, this class is for you! If you are looking for continuing eduction credits you'll receive 16 hours upon completion. Good for students of yoga and teachers. We'll explore the nervous system, brain science, energetic bodies, Yoga Nidra science and restorative yoga. Option for online or in studio! Tentative agenda: June 21- 3:30-7:30pm- Restore & Yoga Nidra practice, welcome circle and intro to brain science June 22- 8:30-4:30pm- Nervous system, brain science, introduction to Yoga Nidra, Restorative yoga poses, practice together June 23- 8:30-12:30pm - Restorative yoga poses, prop use, sequencing a class, practice

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
