This retreat is for women who are ready to soften, to reconnect, and to remember the freedom of simply being. Here, the ocean holds space for your release, the sun rises with your breath, and the rhythm of the waves reminds you that you are limitless.

Each day will weave together yoga, mindfulness, and open-hearted conversation as the ocean hums in the background.

  • 6 days / 5 nights in a serene oceanfront sanctuary

  • Daily yoga and meditation to align body and spirit

  • Mindfulness and journaling workshops for creative clarity

  • Evening reflection circles under the stars

  • Cacao ceremony and ocean ritual to release and restore

  • 1:1 post-retreat coaching sessions to guide integration
