Buka Yoga is a community of yogis and yoginis that love to share all things yoga with this awesome community of Castle Rock. Focusing more on the traditional aspects of yoga, our classes begin with breath work before we move into body movement. We end every class with a lovely savasana. Our studio has been part of downtown Castle Rock for over 3 years and we're so happy to call Castle Rock our home. We provide heated and non-heated classes, using infrared heating panels to gently warm you up throughout class. Join us for a variety of classes. Hatha, All Levels Flow, Yin, Yoga Therapeutics, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Energy Medicine Yoga and HOT yoga. We offer all of our classes in the studio as well as live streamed. Please make sure to select the appropriate option when booking a class! We are honored to bring you world class workshops and retreats throughout the year. Giving you a holistic healing experience no matter what option you try!

Buka means laughter in sanskrit...and we weave fun, laughter and connection into every class.

We believe in community. We support our local communities through donation bases classes, sponsorships and free community classes.
