Service Description
As the seasons shift and we cross the threshold of the Fall Equinox, join us for a deeply grounding and nourishing experience to honor the balance of light and dark within and around us. Through the stillness of Yoga Nidra and the soothing vibrations of a gentle, trauma-informed sound bath, you’ll be gently guided to release, reflect, and realign with the natural rhythms of the season. This is a beautiful time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner equilibrium as we welcome autumn’s wisdom.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
