IN-STUDIO: Chair Yoga w/EM Level 1

Service Description

A light-hearted class designed to help your range of motion, flexibility and emotional state! In this class we’ll be seated in a chair, so there’s no need to get up and down from the floor. But… this is not your typical chair yoga class. We’ll also work with subtle energies of the body to help you feel your radiance/inner peace, increase your vitality and work through the emotional up’s and down’s of modern life. Meet new friends and enjoy re-discovering what you CAN do with your body and mind. This class is perfect for those who:  Want to move and stretch but are not confident getting up and down from the floor.  Need a gentle way to revitalize your life force energy and feelings of overall well-being.  Recovering from illness, surgery and/or grief and are ready to re-engage!  Curious about the unseen energy in and around our amazing bodies and want to learn how to move and work with that subtle energy.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
