Service Description
ONLINE ONLY option. A yoga class dedicated to supporting mamas of all stages! We open class each week with a matrescence-focused theme, community sharing, and a relaxing meditation. Our gentle flow is appropriate for all levels and prioritizes stability, recharge, and release. Supportive props are provided.

Cancellation Policy
You will not be charged for a cancelled class unless the class is full and has a waitlist. We have amended our cancellation cut off time to one hour before class. If you cannot cancel your reservation 1 hour before class time due to an emergency, please email us for refund options. For workshops and mini retreats, you will receive a refund for any cancelled registration prior to 24 hours from the event. If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, your registration will not be refunded.
