About the event
This retreat will run Saturday to Saturday, March 15-22, 2025. Your week includes 2 yoga classes per day, 3 organic meals, locally sourced produce (vegetarian options), and accommodations.
Bodhi is nestled in the heart of the blue zone. Costa Ricans fully believe in living life to the fullest with the smallest global footprint, and this resort center has it all. A private pool, luxury beds and linens, 5 star showers, best of the best spa services along with nature and wildlife and just a 5-10 minute walk from the beach.
Take a surf lesson, learn spanish, ride horses, paddleboard, go on an eco-nature hike or take a tour into the heart of the rainforest (a full day tour). Be amazed with the family of howler monkeys that live on property (and make guest appearances throughout yoga practices)!
Your hosts are Brooke Page-Thompson & Hannah White...and we're so excited to host our fourth international retreat, and our 3rd at Bodhi.
Not included in the cost is airfare, transportation to and from Liberia (about $40/each way), excursions, spa treatments, alchohol.

7:30-9:30am- Meditation & Yoga
9:30-10:00am- Breakfast
10:00-4:30pm- Free time (Lunch between 12-2:30pm)
4:30-5:30pm- Workshop, Moon Circle or sound bath
5:30-6:45pm- Yin or Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra
7-10pm- Dinner/free time

You will fly in Liberia, Costa Rica. Bookings should be available on all major airlines by April 2024. There is a direct on United Airlines to Liberia which is worth the extra cost!
Rooms listed vary in pricing and a few have options for private occupancy or shared occupancy.
King Treetops- single occupancy listed, can be shared. Extra cost for second person, please select second person from the drop down.
Queen Treetop (one available)- single occupancy listed, can be shared. Extra cost for second person, please select second person from the drop down.
Jungle Rooms- 2 private queen beds with a seperate working and sitting space. Private bathroom. Pricing assumes 2 people.
Casita Rooms- 2 private bedrooms with shared living space. Private bathroom. Pricing assumes 2 people.
You have the option to put a downpayment of $500 now to hold your room and do 25% installments through February 15, 2025.
Should you need to cancel, you will receive refunds based on our refund policy, minus a $200 administration fee.
Full refund (100%) prior to October 01, 2024. Partial refund (50%) prior to December 31, 2024. No refunds after January 01, 2025.

The casitas have 2 private rooms with queen beds and a separate living space. Perfect for a friend or two! Pricing assumes shared with one other and is per person.
