SUP!



OMG. I have such an amazing group of yogis that have decided to dedicate their Saturday mornings to SUP yoga with me at Monument Lake! 8:30am we meet up and paddle around the lake and spend an hour-ish watching fish, deer and balancing the living daylights out of our bodies and the boards! Our teacher, Christine, of Dragonfly Paddleboard Yoga, is just the kindest soul, energetic and the perfect teacher for this little retreat to the water.


This summer I am dedicated to learning about my body, balancing poses, engaging muscles and connecting to nature. Come join me!
