Big news! In October 2025, Denver’s ONE Yoga officially merged with Castle Rock-based Buka Yoga! For now, ONE is still meeting inside the Lion's Den gym in Denver. A new DTC location will be opening in June!

Coming Full Circle
Since 2016, Karey and Matt Goebel served as the dedicated stewards of ONE Yoga in the Denver Tech Center, building a sanctuary rooted in kindness, compassion, and community. This is also where Buka Owner Brooke Page-Thompson and Studio Manager Courtney Birkbeck graduated from their 200-hour teacher training.
As we fold these two yoga communities together, this is in no way an ending. The two communities together are expanding to form a shared commitment to service and connection through yoga. While Karey and Matt will be stepping away from the business side of the studio, they aren't going far. They will continue to teach, guide, and participate in events on and off the mat.

A New Location in the Tech Center
The past few years have been a journey for the ONE community after losing its original studio space in Marina Square on Belleview Avenue. We are so grateful to the team at Lion’s Den for providing a space where we could continue practicing.
And now, the wait for a permanent space in the Tech Center is nearly over! We have officially signed the lease on a beautiful new location in Greenwood Village, still in the DTC, just three blocks from ONE’s original home. We have received the permits to begin configuring the space, which we hope to open in late spring 2026.
Here’s what you can look forward to in the new location:
Natural light, thanks to all those windows that look out on a beautiful office park
Serene atmosphere with trees and water features right outside the front door
Community space on our patio area, which is perfect for shared meals and post-class gatherings
Large interior space perfect for more and bigger workshops, sound baths, teacher training events, and social gatherings
Convenient location minutes from I-25 and ample parking

What Does this Mean for the Buka Location in Castle Rock?
Buka Castle Rock continues to operate as it has, with two studio spaces right next door to each other. It’s business as usual EXCEPT you may notice new teachers and classmates joining us from the ONE community. All members can now attend classes at both the Castle Rock and DTC locations at no additional cost.
Transition always comes with twists and turns. Thankfully, our yoga practice helps prepare us for that. Check back here regularly for updates to timelines and other related news.
