Week 5 Yama- Aparigraha



Aparigraha is our last Yama. It focuses on non-hoarding/coveting. This Yama is a great reminder that having things is not bad...it's when we have more than we need that we create a lack of trust in the Universe to provide what we need. For some of us, this can be minor, but for others, this can be a heavy one to unpack. If you find this one brings up some emotion for you, just pause and give yourself grace. Repeat our mantra this week when you notice a pattern or tendency to have more..."I accept that what I have is enough."
