Denver Tech Center Studio Grand Opening Celebration Saturday, October 17! Details Here.
You've Been Looking for This
Maybe you've tried yoga before and it felt like a workout in stretchy pants. Maybe you've been doing Pilates and wondering if something's missing. Maybe your body has changed and you need a practice that actually meets you where you are.
Buka is a traditional yoga studio — Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. Not a fitness class. Not a trend. A practice built to last.
You'll feel at home here if:
-
You want a real yoga practice, not just a workout
-
Your body is changing and you need something that works with it, not against it
-
You're tired of big, impersonal studios where no one knows your name
-
You're drawn to Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, or Women's Circles
-
You want to belong somewhere, not just book a class
Does This Sound Like You?
-
I want to destress and reconnect to what matters
-
I want to move and breathe easier
-
I want to feel at home in my body
-
I want to grow
-
I want to surround myself with kind people who care about our nearby communities
If this sounds like what you want out of a yoga studio, look no further than Buka and our Castle Rock, Denver Tech Center, and online studios.
What Is Included
Two full weeks of unlimited classes
Access our complete schedule at our studios include Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, and more. Online classes included.
Small classes with real attention
We cap our classes intentionally. Your teacher knows your name, remembers your hip, and adjusts for your body...not the average body in the room.
Experienced, traditional teachers
Our teachers are trained in traditional yoga lineages. Many completed their 200-hour training right here at Buka. They teach yoga, not choreography.
