Week 4 is all about finding our inner connection to life and spirit and using our time and energy wisely. The yogic texts often talk about this in the construct of celibacy, but for the "householder" that many of us are, it's more about being mindful the energy you expend with others. Use our mantra or intention this week of "I give myself grace for where I am today" as a reminder that we are all doing the best we can in this moment. So even if you need to create better boundaries or use your energy differently to support your ability to thrive in life, know that even if you fall or break the boundary, you can always try again.
